Q: What can I do if I'm not satisfied with Tenants Contents Protector?
A: If you are not satisfied with the cover provided by your policy you have the right to cancel your policy. If you cancel the policy within 14 days of receiving your hard copy of policy documents, providing no claims or incidents have arisen, you will be entitled to a full refund on the premium you have paid. Anything outside of the 14 day cooling off period will result in a pro-rata return premium, less the administration fee to take into account our costs in providing the policy.
